Email scanlystudio.support@proton.me and a person will answer. Please say which phone you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. It usually saves a round trip.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled on your phone rather than in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Workout Tracker Gym Log → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Workout Tracker Gym Log → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
If you bought the lifetime option, there is nothing to cancel: it is a one-time purchase and it does not renew.
Tap Restore on the plan screen. That asks the App Store or Google Play for purchases made with the Apple Account or Google Account currently signed in on the device, so if you bought it on a different account, sign into that one first. If Restore still finds nothing, email us with the receipt Apple or Google sent you and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with. On Android, request one in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. We cannot issue a refund on their behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway: it is how the app gets better.
Your history lives only on the phone you entered it on. There is no account or cloud copy on our side, so on iPhone it travels with a normal backup and restore (iCloud or computer). On Android the app has no transfer of its own; you can export your workouts as a CSV file in Settings to keep a copy.
Your entries are stored on your phone and nowhere else, so deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
